Sounds easy enough, right? Well it's not. This was part of my workout for today:
I did about 1.5 rounds and I was exhausted. I was completely out of breathe and wheezing. It's really hard to force myself to keep going as fast as possible. Where's a drill master when I need one?!Do 5 rounds and only rest as needed (as minimal as possible)Time yourself so that you can try to beat your previous times
21 Kettle Bell Swings (if not available, use a dumbbell)21 Pushups (chest to ground, from knees if necessary)21 Situps (chest to knees)21 Burpees (includes pushup)
